The Berzerker has just returned from a 6 week visit to Europe searching for drummers and conducting meetings with Earache. Topics discussed - Drummers, New Album, Live Tours, Promotion, Distribution, Sales etc... ( It's looking like a new album for early 2001.)
A suitable drummer was not located in Europe but 3 good candidates are currently rehearsing in Australia. The problem should be resolved quite soon. (Both the Band and Label are itching to get tours to Europe and the States underway.) Earache has signed a new deal with Shock Records (Australia) for manufacture, distribution and promotion of The Berzerker album, so now the Australians can finally get a copy of this devastating album.
The Berzerker T-shirts are currently being printed, stay tuned for where to get yourself one.
The Berzerker are currently trying to put together a special video montage for the upcoming Earache Dvd "Immortalized", the montage should contain rare live footage of the band and more. The band is rushing to meet the deadline which has almost expired.
Storyboards for a new film clip are currently underway, and we should expect to see a live performance for the song "Forever"
